Implored For An Empty Silence

Implored For An Empty Silence

One more lie
For the Decrepit to subsist,
Ensuing in a mortification,
For the grief to persist.

Premeditated in a howling echo,
Agonizing the frail.
In an everlasting torment,
Averting a new wave of assail.

Pursuing the imperiled souls,
Reducing them to ashes.
And cleansing the act of damnation,
With bludgeoned lashes.

Betraying a gale of retribution,
Crusading across the fiery sky.
Swaying through the vast emptiness,
And glorifying the victorious war-cry.

  2. a thought put forth in its ambiguous best.

vivid and profound in expression yet a lot muzzy at thought.what stays with the reader...the thought of mortifying anguish.

overall.....a forced thought, quite passe yet good work at expression...the flow is very well. i'd love to read something more lucid next time.
